2009 Ron's Annual Golf Scramble: May Spring Forward?

2008 Ron's Annual Golf Scramble: A Great Success!
The only bad thing was I did not get to spend much time with all of my friends who came to play. The golf course received great compliments, the weather was great, and the BBQ was so good people thought it came from Dickey's, but it was actually fixed at the club. Once again, Comerica Bank came to the front as the main sponsor with a $3,500 donation to the Autism Treatment Center (ATC) of Dallas. Again, their name was put on the shirts for this marvelous donation to a great cause. This years shirts were also a hit, they may be the best to date.
We have posted all of the pictures from the tournament on the Web site and have recognized the winners. My good friend Tom Arledge was on the winning team. Tom has an autistic grandson and this was one of the reasons that we decided several years ago that we wanted to use autism as our designated charity. Ironically, I now have a grandchild who has been diagnosed with a form of autism (Asperger's syndrome).
It looks like our grand total for the ATC will be $15,565. I again want to thank everyone for their support and help. Please check the Web site for updates and also, please support and thank our sponsors!
